STAG OWNERS CLUB - KENT AREA
Drive It Day last year - this year's is on Sunday 25 April
40th Anniversary Tour Event - We're receiving "Socrates" from the South East
London Area at our Dining Clubnight on Thursday 25 March. We're then taking
him to Battlesbridge to hand over to the Essex Area on Saturday 27 March.
Departure is 10 am sharp from the Castle Lakes Brewers Fayre car park at Castle
Way, Leybourne, ME19 5TR. The rendezvous is at the Barge Pub, Muggeridge Farm,
Maltings road, Battlesbridge, SS11 7RF, where there is an antiques shop as well
as plenty of parking.
Welcome to the Kent Area website. The Kent Area is one of the oldest areas in the Stag Owners Club, having been formed
in March 1980. It is one of five areas in the South East Region. It currently has around 250 members, many of whom participate
in an active programme of events.
CO-ORDINATORS
PAUL O'LEARY continues as Area Co-ordinator for 2010. Paul joined the SOC in 1988 and lives in Strood.
IAN GREENFIELD continues as Deputy Co-ordinator for 2010. Ian lives in Loose, near Maidstone, and has been a member of the

CLUBNIGHTS
Our main Clubnight is held on the second Monday of each month except for December.
The current venue is the King and Queen, 1 New Road, East Malling, ME19 6DD.
During the winter months we aim to provide a variety of entertainment, including quizzes, talks, videos and slide shows.
Our Dining Clubnight takes place on the fourth Thursday of each month, except December.
The present venue is The Halfway House, Challock, TN25 4BB. We meet at 7pm - or thereabouts - for a meal and chat.
As the table needs to be booked, please contact Paul O'Leary or John Clayton if you want to join us.

have now identified a suitable site in South Africa to run the car in 2011, and also have somewhere to build
