1974 Stag Mk2 Automatic. Original company director’s number plate PEL2M. It is finished in Triumph white with a blue interior. This car had just 1 owner when I bought it in 1979 and I have owned it since then. It has a genuine 67,000 miles on the odometer and has spent almost all of its life garaged when not in use. It received a complete overhaul and respray in 1999. It is fitted with a supplementary electric fan, has electronic ignition and a stainless steel exhaust system, otherwise it is largely original.
The fabric hood is almost as good as new and the little used hard top is in very good condition. I have a very comprehensive documented history of the car including the original purchase receipt. Also have an original BL workshop manual and parts catalogue plus a Haynes manual and various spare bits and pieces. This much loved and cared for car is only for sale because it doesn’t get the use it deserves.

86000 miles on clock.. Mot till May 2018. Battery and alternator changed 3 years ago. Body work and interior excellent except for a few areas which need a touch up.

I have owned the car for 18 years, but unfortunately the time has now come to part company. During my ownership she has always been looked after by Clive Tate and is fitted with one of his 4 speed auto boxes which gives 30+ mpg on a good run.
Generally in very good condition the car gets a lot of use and so runs really well. She has always been garaged.
She sits on modified suspension with minilite alloys fitted with 195 tyres and has the following improvements.
